1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product or service provided by Atom & Bits LLC (“AlphaLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
2. Products and Services
AlphaLab provides analytical software tools for market data analysis. These tools are not trading signals, investment advice, or trade recommendations. They classify market data, compute statistical metrics, and present research output. All trading decisions remain solely yours.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AlphaLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the purchased product(s) according to your tier:

4. Payment and Refunds
All paid products require a one-time payment processed by Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact hello@alphalab.tools within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, algorithms, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Atom & Bits LLC. Your license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
6. No Redistribution
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share access to, or create derivative works from any AlphaLab product. Each license is for a single user only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atom & Bits LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total purchase price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. No Trading Advice
Nothing in our products constitutes trading advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions are your own. You acknowledge the substantial risk of loss in futures and options trading.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
